Cucumber Basil Pale Ale Cooler

Serves 2 Prep Time 10 minutes


3 Basil leaves, chopped
6 Slices of cucumbers
8 oz Pale ale
3 oz Vodka
6 ozSweetened sparkling lemonade
Garnish with cucumber slices, basil leaves, lime wedges


  1. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle basil leaves and cucumber slices.
  2. Fill the shaker half full of ice, and then add in vodka and sparkling lemonade.
  3. Shake several times, pour into a glass big enough to hold 12 ounces.
  4. Add some ice cubes.
  5. Pour the pale ale into the glasses and gently stir.
  6. Add in a few more cucumber slices and basil leaves.

Serve immediately with a lime wedge for squeezing. Enjoy!
